AEC Spec Validator is a B2B validation platform for architecture, engineering and construction teams that need a more reliable way to verify technical specifications against BIM/model data and project requirements.The platform converts specification documents into structured, traceable requirements and connects each requirement to validation rules, model evidence, findings and final review decisions.It is designed around deterministic validation rather than black-box AI decisions. A C#/.NET integration boundary has already been implemented with a contract-first extractor architecture and prototype extractors for Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. These components are designed to normalize model facts before passing them to the main validation engine.
