About
Most home safety lists stop at rugs and grab bars. This free aging in place checklist adds the part that matters when you live alone: what happens after a fall. Answer a few optional questions and get a printable PDF. The first page is a plan for who notices, how you call for help, who has a key and how responders get in. The rest is a room-by-room checklist, with a numbered task for anything not done yet and a script for the calls some tasks need. It names programs for your state or province where we have them. Free, no signup, and nothing you pick leaves your device.
