ALTRA is a ready-to-deploy AI assistant with a strong medical-assistant focus, built as a complete SaaS product. It includes Fast, Think, and Deep Think modes, user accounts, persistent chat history, document and image uploads, plugin support, Free/Pro/Ultimate memberships, Stripe billing integration, PWA support, and a responsive web interface.The backend is built with Python and Flask, using PostgreSQL for persistent data, Groq/OpenAI-compatible AI APIs for responses, and Render for deployment.
