AstraKinetic is a turnkey B2B SaaS platform combining AI infrastructure and application security.The AstraKinetic AI Gateway provides a unified API infrastructure for multiple AI providers, with model routing, provider management, usage tracking and automatic provider-level fallback. Runtime testing has demonstrated recovery from a simulated primary-provider HTTP 503 failure by automatically routing the same request to a secondary provider.ANS Security provides application protection through an enforcement agent, protected assets, security policies, threat and access monitoring, origin protection and credential lifecycle management. Runtime tests have demonstrated legitimate traffic being allowed, malicious traffic being blocked, and direct access to protected origins being denied.The platform includes customer and admin control planes, billing infrastructure, payment gateway configuration, operational logging, support functionality, documentation and deployment components.The project is currently pre-revenue with no paying customers and is being sold as a turnkey technology/IP acquisition rather than a revenue-multiple business.The sale is intended to include the AI Gateway, ANS Security platform, relevant source code, administrative and customer systems, deployment/configuration materials, documentation, transferable brand/digital assets as agreed, and technical handover.A suitable buyer could commercialize the existing platform through B2B sales, enterprise contracts, developer adoption, MSP/MSSP partnerships, white-label licensing or integration into an existing cloud, AI or cybersecurity business.
