BoundryIQ is a survey-grade parcel intelligence platform built for professional land surveyors — State Plane Coordinate conversion, NGS benchmark calibration (Helmert transformation), grid bearings, and DXF export, all field-ready.Status: Pennsylvania coverage is ~21 of 67 counties fully clean (boundary + owner + address, search-tested), plus 5 more counties with verified boundary data only. One additional county (Jefferson County, TN) is imported and clean. Self-healing import pipeline handles new counties automatically, with AI-assisted field detection for new data sources.Also included: a pre-staged National Address Database covering all 48 applicable US states/territories (97.9M records), ready to enrich parcel data the moment new counties are imported — this is a national-scale asset independent of current state coverage.Sale includes the domain (boundryiq.com) and full transfer of the Firebase/GCP project (Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run). Hosting cost is minimal (~$5/month).Subscriptions were the intended business model (free tier for basic lookup, paid tier for survey-grade export/calibration features) but the payment layer was never built — that's the main work left for a buyer to launch. Everything else — data pipeline, coordinate math, admin tooling — is real and working.
