Build It is a free DIY planning tool with two modes. Structure Planner generates 3D models, 2D floor plans, and complete materials lists for sheds, workshops, garages, and ADUs — with IRC building code compliance checks. Furniture Builder plans 10 furniture types (bookshelves, desks, tables, benches, and more) with 3D visualization, 2D plans, and materials lists. Both modes export directly to Cut List Optimizer for optimized lumber cutting. No signup, no downloads.
