Carelem is an advanced MVP for employee pulse, team climate tracking, and manager insights.It helps managers collect simple mood and comment feedback from employees, then review it in a dashboard designed to surface trends, alerts, priorities, and follow-up actions.The project includes manager signup/login, team onboarding, employee pulse flow, a manager dashboard, alerts, notes/actions, Stripe billing/paywall logic, SMTP email support, PostgreSQL-backed structure, admin pages, deployment documentation, and a prepared sale package with screenshots.This is not a revenue-generating business yet. It is being sold as a strong technical and product foundation that still needs final production hardening before serious commercial rollout.Best suited for a solo developer, SaaS builder, agency, HR consultant, management coach, or entrepreneur looking for a ready-to-improve HR SaaS base.Reason for selling: I recently built/prepared the product, but I am shifting focus to other projects and do not have enough time to operate, market and grow Carelem properly.
