ChessVision Engine — Universal Browser Chessboard Recognition & Local Analysis

About

ChessVision Engine is a pre-revenue browser-based chessboard recognition and local analysis product built as a Chrome extension. It detects chessboards across different webpage structures, reconstructs the board state, identifies whose move it is, and runs local Stockfish analysis without relying on a cloud API. The current build includes best-move analysis, a representative mid-tier move, the worst-ranked legal move, mate-threat visibility, configurable depth/strength/time controls, automatic board scanning, manual FEN analysis, and start/stop controls. The core value is the underlying technology: reliable browser chessboard recognition across diverse DOM structures, piece representations, and layouts. The sale includes the source code, brand assets, website files, and both chessvisionengine.com and chessvisionengine.co.uk.
