CHTO is a social platform built around one core idea: your social value should come from what people think about your ideas, not from how many followers you already have.Users ask questions, vote, discuss opinions and build their personal Influence — a social reputation that changes based on how the community responds to what they say and create.Influence cannot be purchased. A popular name does not automatically make an opinion more valuable.One of the core mechanics is blind evaluation: in selected scenarios, the author is hidden until the viewer interacts with the content. People react to the thought first and discover who said it afterwards.This creates a different social dynamic:• users can earn and lose Influence;• monthly rankings create competition;• reputation becomes something users want to improve and protect;• unknown users can compete with popular ones on equal terms;• thoughtful opinions have a chance to outperform famous names.The product is already a functional private-beta MVP with questions, voting, comments, Influence, monthly rankings, public and anonymous profiles, moderated negative reactions and blind-author mechanics.The first market is Russia, with universal email/password authentication plus VK and Yandex OAuth. The product architecture can be adapted for additional markets and authentication providers.CHTO is pre-revenue and is being listed to explore acquisition interest while development continues.
