ClockDesk is a functional, production-deployed employee time-tracking and workforce management SaaS built for small businesses. It combines a manager dashboard, employee PIN login, shared-device kiosk mode, live attendance, recurring schedules, manager shift supervision, break tracking, timesheets, and PTO, sick, call-out, and other absence records.Managers can configure attendance rules including late or missed clock-in alerts, missed clock-out/open-shift monitoring, long-break alerts, long-shift alerts, and overtime warnings. Schedule exceptions take recorded absences into account so managers receive useful context instead of false missed-clock-in alerts.Weekly timesheets calculate worked time, breaks, and overtime. Authorized managers can make documented time corrections, review permanent audit history, and export CSV files for payroll or recordkeeping. Employee PINs are hashed, repeated failed PIN attempts are protected, employee sessions can expire or be revoked, and workspace data is protected with PostgreSQL Row Level Security.ClockDesk also includes manager shift supervision. Businesses can create shifts, assign employees and supervisors, allow managers to start and end their own shifts, and limit manager access to the crew they are currently responsible for. Owner and administrator permissions remain separated from normal manager permissions.ClockDesk AI adds AI-assisted manager Q&A and workforce tools. The system authorizes the manager before accessing company information, uses ClockDesk records as the source of truth, and requires confirmation before supported AI-assisted record changes are saved. Core ClockDesk functionality does not depend on AI, and cloud AI features require configured provider access or usage credits.Stripe Checkout, subscription webhooks, Billing Portal support, renewal tracking, and cancellation-at-period-end infrastructure are included and have been validated in Stripe sandbox/test mode. Core ClockDesk functionality can operate independently of Stripe. Live production Stripe activation requires the buyer's own Stripe account, business verification, banking information, live prices, and production credentials.The Supabase backend includes the complete migration history, database tables, indexes, triggers, integrity constraints, Row Level Security policies, authorization helpers, manager and employee functions, kiosk and session functions, recurring schedules, absence tracking, manager invitations, shift supervision, break management, timesheet corrections, Stripe Edge Functions, and deployment/setup documentation.Extensive authenticated QA has been performed across owner, manager, employee, kiosk, scheduling, attendance, breaks, timesheets, corrections, permissions, manager invitations, manager shifts, and subscription workflows. Production builds are passing, defects discovered during seller QA were corrected and deployed, and there are no known unresolved core-workflow blockers from seller testing. Buyers should perform final acceptance testing after transferring infrastructure and configuring their own production credentials.The buyer receives the full GitHub repository, ClockDesk branding and responsive UI, Supabase database structure and migration history, Row Level Security functions and policies, Vercel deployment configuration, Stripe sandbox integration, ClockDesk AI code, backend setup documentation, QA verification records, buyer handoff documentation, demo experience, and reasonable transfer assistance.ClockDesk is being offered as a functional pre-revenue software asset and SaaS foundation.
