Cloud Waste Hunter is a dual-engine SaaS (FinOps + SecOps) that connects to AWS accounts via a secure, read-only cross-account role.It does two things in under 5 minutes: Cost Optimization: Finds orphaned EBS volumes, idle Elastic IPs, and stale snapshots, calculating exact monthly dollar waste. Security Posture: Scans for vulnerabilities like public S3 buckets, unencrypted databases, and open Security Groups.It doesn't just point out problems; it features a built-in AWS Bedrock (Claude 4.5) AI Advisor that generates exact CLI remediation commands so engineers can fix issues instantly. I handled the complete A-to-Z architecture: React frontend, FastAPI backend, Terraform infrastructure, and AI integration. However, it comes with a complete, ready-to-execute content marketing strategy. The repository includes 45 highly technical, pre-written "teardown" posts for X, LinkedIn, and Reddit designed to acquire B2B customers without spending on ads.Revenue and profitEverything related to the financials of your project...Currently $0 MRR. The monetization infrastructure is fully built and integrated (ready for Lemon Squeezy or Stripe). The buyer just needs to plug in their payment processor keys and start charging $29-$99/month for the service. Operating margins are massive (~95%) due to the serverless pay-per-use architecture.
