About

ComplyCraft Pro is a full construction EHS operating system built to move safety work out of spreadsheets, disconnected apps, paper forms and shared drives and into one connected platform. This is not a basic JHA generator and it is not an unfinished safety MVP. It is a deeply built vertical SaaS platform covering the daily operating workflows of construction safety teams from the field through corporate oversight. One of ComplyCraft’s strongest differentiators is how field information can enter the system. A user can describe the work by voice, enter it by text, or upload jobsite video and have the platform analyze the work activity, equipment, visible hazards, PPE, environment and other job conditions to build the foundation of a structured JHA. The video workflow is designed to turn actual field media into usable safety documentation rather than requiring a supervisor to start from a blank form. ComplyCraft also includes jobsite photo hazard review. A field user can upload a construction photo, run a structured review of visible hazards, receive identified concerns and corrective guidance, and continue into follow-up or corrective-action workflows. The system is designed to support the safety professional or competent person—not replace their judgment. Beyond JHAs and hazard review, the platform covers a much broader EHS operating environment:Voice, video and text → JHA workflows, with work steps, hazards, controls, PPE and supporting OSHA references.Jobsite photo hazard analysis with visible-hazard identification, severity context, OSHA references and corrective guidance.Digital inspections with photo documentation, reusable inspection templates, findings and corrective-action tracking.Toolbox talks generated around actual topics, project hazards, incidents and job conditions.Site-specific safety plans and company safety manuals, including structured policies and procedures.OSHA 300, 301 and 300A recordkeeping, including TRIR, DART and related safety-rate calculations.Incident and near-miss management, including witness information, severity/status tracking and corrective-action workflows.Permit management for workflows such as confined space, hot work and other field permits, including entry logs and expiration tracking.Training and credential management, employee profiles, certification expiration, training matrices and training-needs analysis.Project and crew management tying safety records back to the actual work, workforce and jobsite.Weather Safety, including project-level conditions and safety-relevant weather information.Compliance Scorecard functionality that converts scattered safety records into a clearer view of gaps, category performance and recommended next actions.Document Vault and exports for organizing safety records and producing JHAs, toolbox talks, safety plans, inspections, incidents and OSHA records.Safety Q&A with jobsite photo support, allowing users to ask safety questions and receive referenced guidance.EMR history/calculation, scheduling, search, notifications, billing, administration and multi-tenant workspace controls. Those are not just marketing concepts—the audited platform contains corresponding routes, tables and application surfaces for inspections, OSHA records, incidents, near misses, employees, training, projects, permits, weather, scorecards and more. ComplyCraft also contains three larger product systems that significantly expand its strategic value:PassportIQ is the worker-readiness layer. It brings together credentials, certifications, training, designations, assignments, expiration management and project-readiness information, including controlled sharing and readiness records. PermitNav extends the platform beyond simply storing permits. It contains project intake, permit requirement research/recommendation workflows, human confirmation, packet preparation, submission tracking and status records. ComplyResponse adds an emergency-response operating layer with activation state, accountability/check-ins, assignments, communications, resource and staging management, mission packets, operational logs and cost records. The result is a platform that can follow a construction company across much of the safety lifecycle: identify the work → identify hazards → build the JHA → communicate the work → inspect the site → assign corrective actions → track workers and credentials → manage permits → record incidents → maintain OSHA records → monitor compliance → prepare for emergencies. The software asset itself is substantial. The latest technical audit identified 85,943 executable production lines of code, 12,045 lines of automated-test source, 108 application database tables, 111 physical database tables, 795 project files, 746 repository commits and 1,126 passing automated tests across 274 test files, with zero TypeScript check errors. The platform is built on React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS 4, Node.js, Express 4, tRPC 11, Drizzle ORM and MySQL/TiDB, with Stripe subscription architecture, authentication, document generation, storage, integrations and a complete public marketing site.
