I built this app for a problem I’ve struggled with for years.I care about my friends but I’m terrible at reaching out consistently. Not because I don’t want to. Mostly because I'm putting it off, feel exhausted by the time I get to it, or sit there overthinking it. That's why I'm opening ConvoFlow for TestFlight Beta today. It’s a simple private iPhone app that helps people stay connected without any thinking, streaks, feeds, or tracking. Features: Reminds you when you want to say hi to the people you care aboutGives simple message prompts for when your mind goes blankOpens directly into iMessage with a ready to send draft after tapping the push notificationStores everything locally on your deviceHas no accounts, ads, subscriptions, or analyticsI made these decisions to optimize for my own desire for simplicity. The app is designed to not be opened once you add your contacts and set the cadence for reminders. When you download the app, I'd love to know if it actually made reaching out feel easier. So far for me, it certainly has. Friends I might've gotten around to texting once every few months, I've spoken with a few times in the last two weeks while developing this. I feel a lot better knowing that my friends appreciate my texts, even if it's something I often find peripheral.The TestFlight link can be found on convoflow.carrd.co!
