A working web-based boxing prediction SaaS built in C#. The core is a proprietary algorithm that takes BoxRec data, and in under two minutes outputs: predicted winner, win probability (%), and the reasoning behind the pick.

Track record: 80–83% winner accuracy across 220+ historical fights (peak 83%). All predictions are visible on the live site, so the buyer can verify the output before committing.

What the buyer receives:

• Full source code (C#) and the prediction engine.
• The domain (cornerman.cloud) and the Facebook page.
• The option to adapt the prediction engine into a standalone desktop application if preferred — the engine is modular and can run locally with BoxRec data.

What the buyer can do with it:

• Monetize as-is: add a paywall, subscription, or per-prediction fee to the existing web app.
• Adapt to desktop: package the prediction engine as a local tool for personal or professional use (no hosting costs).
• Use it as a research/analysis tool: run historical backtests, refine the model, or integrate it into a broader betting/analytics workflow.
