`CostLens is a fully built, self-hosted B2B software product for manufacturing cost intelligence. It helps manufacturers analyze true product cost using materials, labor, machine time, energy, scrap, overhead, and other operating cost drivers.The project is pre-revenue and is being sold as a complete software asset to one buyer. The sale includes the agreed CostLens-specific source code, database schema and migrations, deployment configuration, automated tests, API and technical documentation, security and operations documentation, product-specific branding assets, and buyer handover materials.CostLens is designed to be deployed in the buyer's own environment. It does not require a live payment processor, accounting platform, social media account, or seller-owned cloud account to function.The project currently has no claimed paying customers, recurring revenue, subscriber base, registered patent, registered trademark, or registered intellectual-property certificate. Demo or sample data, where present, is provided only to demonstrate functionality and is not represented as real customer operating data.Third-party and open-source dependencies remain subject to their respective licenses and are documented separately in the project package.The buyer will be responsible after closing for production hosting, infrastructure, security configuration, credentials, backups, and any future integrations or customization.Up to 14 days of reasonable post-closing transition support can be provided for deployment clarification, documentation questions, and handover assistance. Ongoing development, hosting, maintenance, and customization are not included unless separately agreed.
