Every day I do the same kind of things where time actually matters. Pour over coffee. Pasta cooking. A few other small rituals. I was just using the basic timer/stopwatch on my phone, but it always felt off. I’m watching the time, counting in my head, trying to remember “bloom now, pour now, drain now” instead of just focusing on the actual coffee or the food.
