NexDealRoom is a virtual deal room designed to transform how startups present investment opportunities to investors. Instead of requiring startups and investors to meet physically, NexDealRoom brings investors into a shared digital deal room where startups can request access and present their businesses directly to participating investors.Startups submit a request to enter the deal room, and any participating investor can review and accept the request. Once accepted, the startup gains temporary access to the deal room, where it can share its business information, pitch materials, supporting documents, and other relevant files with investors. Investors can review the startup's uploaded materials, communicate directly with the startup through chat, and evaluate the opportunity within the platform.Access to the deal room is time-limited to 30 minutes. Once the 30-minute session expires, the startup is automatically removed from the room, after which it can submit another request for a new session.This creates a structured and efficient environment for startup pitching, investor discovery, document sharing, due diligence, and direct communication, while reducing the need for physical meetings and allowing investors to evaluate multiple opportunities through a single platform.NexDealRoom essentially turns the traditional investor–startup meeting into a controlled, digital, time-limited deal session.
