A free Mac menu bar app, in public beta, for people who sit through long days of calls. Pick what gets stiff(neck, shoulders and upper back, or lower back) and how often. When a move is due it waits while your camera ormic is on, a meeting app is in front, or an app is fullscreen, then shows one seated move, a minute or less, witha drawing and a timer. Call time counts, so a move shows up about 30 seconds after you hang up. Six moves fromNHS and Mayo Clinic pages. No permissions asked.
