gmail extension crm, solid concept. what's the data model look like when deals live in email threads vs a proper db? seems like it could get messy fast with cc's and forwards

oh nice, the gmail-native approach makes a ton of sense for folks who basically live in their inbox anyway. curious about how you're handling the data persistence and sync — is everything stored in gmail labels/metadata or are you running a separate db that mirrors the email state? also wondering about the pipeline viz since gmail isn't exactly built for kanban-style views
