About

Estate Armenia is a ready-to-use real estate classifieds platform built on Payload CMS, with accounts for brokers, individual sellers, and agencies.

It includes an admin panel for platform administrators and owners to manage the website and its content.

The platform provides a foundation for launching a property listings website in your country or region. I can localize it for your target market before the sale, with the scope agreed in advance.

Features include:

• Payload CMS with an admin panel for administrators and owners.

• Accounts for brokers, sellers, and real estate agencies.

• Property listing creation and management.

• Property pages with photos and detailed information.

• Search filters for location, price, property type, and other criteria.

• Map browsing, favorites, and property comparison.

• Working automation workflows, available for demonstration.

Live website: https://estatearmenia.com/

The live website currently contains older property listings. The platform and its automation workflows are functional; the existing inventory needs updating.

Suitable for an agency, entrepreneur, or developer looking for an existing real estate platform to adapt and launch in a target market.

I can provide a walkthrough of the website, admin panel, and automations and discuss localization requirements before the sale.
