Family Habits is a mobile app helping parents build healthier habits with their children across four pillars: Eating, Moving, Parent-Child Bonding, and Recharging. Developed through an EU-funded research project with healthcare professionals and academic researchers.The real value is the engine underneath. Challenges, assessments, learning modules, and nudge-based engagement are all data entities managed through an admin panel — no code changes needed to add or modify content.
