FilePouch is a dead-simple way to collect files from other people. You create a "pouch," share the link, and anyone can drop files in. No account, no sign-up on their end. It's built for the people who do this every month and quietly hate it: accountants chasing tax documents, designers waiting on client assets, brokers collecting paperwork. Instead of ten emails asking "can you resend that?", they share one link and the files just land in their dashboard.It's a finished, production product, not a half-built prototype. I get more out of designing and shipping new things than running the same product for years. FilePouch is done and it works well, and I'd rather hand it to someone who's genuinely excited to grow it. It's pre-revenue for one simple reason: I never pointed any marketing or sales at it. The product itself is solid, end to end.What you get: the full code repository, the filepouch.io domain, the brand assets, and the Docker and deploy setup with docs.What's not included: my own hosting, and my Stripe, R2, and email accounts.
