Fitness + is a complete, working Telegram bot MVP for workout coaching and exercise guidance. It allows users to train, learn exercise technique, track body measurements, receive reminders, and purchase access without installing a separate application.The catalog contains 105 exercises with bundled two-frame illustrations, equipment requirements, difficulty levels, technique instructions, sets, repetitions, rest guidance, search, filters, and convenient workout navigation. Recommendations take the user's training location and available equipment into account, so home users without equipment do not receive gym-only exercises.Users can create a personal profile, record weight, waist, chest, and biceps measurements, review progress history, and configure workout reminders by weekday and timezone.The monetization system is already implemented. New users receive a seven-day free trial and can purchase 30 days of access for 199 Telegram Stars. The price and access period are configurable, and successful payments activate access automatically.Administrators can add or remove exercises directly through Telegram, attach images or videos, manually grant access, and monitor successful payments. An optional AI coach chat can be enabled with the buyer's own API key.
