Glint: Rooms with Friends

About

Glint is a cozy place to hang out with friends online. Instead of another video call grid, you get a room: build it tile by tile, pick the floor and wallpaper, and decorate it with illustrated stickers like sofas, lamps, plants and sleeping cats. Then invite your friends and spend time in it together. While you hang out, messages pop up as chat bubbles over your heads, emoji burst out of your avatar, and you can whisper to one person or poke a friend with @. Talk over voice or video, play a video for everyone in sync, leave notes, and walk your avatar around with W A S D. The room stays exactly how you left it, so coming back feels like coming home.People use Glint for long distance dates, movie nights, study sessions and friend groups that miss the old social rooms of the internet. It runs in your browser with nothing to install, an iPhone app is on its way, and you can try a room without making an account.Glint is fully free. We only earn from optional sticker series, never from the things you need to hang out.
