GlocalXperts is a production-built Global + Local professional work marketplace designed for both location-dependent onsite work and location-independent remote opportunities.Unlike a traditional freelancer-only marketplace, GlocalXperts brings together local/onsite jobs, remote work, projects, tenders, proposals, contracts and professional/service sourcing within one platform.Its core concept is Global + Local Experts. Where physical presence matters, the platform is designed around geo-aware and proximity-relevant discovery. Where work can be delivered remotely, geography becomes secondary to broader suitability and matching.GlocalXperts includes a production web marketplace, Android application, custom Go backend/API, PostgreSQL/PostGIS infrastructure, client and professional role journeys, work briefs, discovery/matching, proposals, agreements, workrooms, evidence/review workflows, trust and verification states, and cloud/deployment infrastructure.Founder-led programming and engineering began in 2024, with the production/release phase beginning in April 2026. The platform is currently pre-revenue with 20+ registered users and a small number currently active.The sale is intended as a complete asset and technology acquisition, including the transferable GlocalXperts brand/domain, source code, web platform, Android-related assets, backend technology, infrastructure configurations and associated technical documentation.Local-first when location matters.
