GRAVIA: crypto arb scanner, honest cost model

About

A 50-market crypto mispricing scanner in one Python file (one dependency: websockets). It streams best bid/ask for 10 coins on 5 venues, scans every 100 ms for cross-venue and triangular gaps, and paper-executes only when the edge survives both taker fees, latency, inventory and transfer cost. The honest finding is included: at retail fees it rarely does.WHAT YOU GET- gravia.py (about 485 lines): live WebSocket feeds from Binance, Binance.US, Coinbase, Bybit and Gate.io, the scanner, and a paper executor with the full cost model- Live dashboard (index.html) served on a local WebSocket- A journal entry for every opportunity, accepted or rejected, with the reason- Description/landing pageTECHPython 3 + websockets, static HTML dashboard. Public market data only; no exchange keys needed to run.WHY IT IS WORTH BUYINGIt is the counter-demo to the viral arbitrage-bot tweets: the cost model is the product. It works as a teaching asset, YouTube/course content, or the starting point for a real market-making or research project.TO LAUNCHpip install websockets, run python3 gravia.py, open the dashboard. Real execution is not built; adding it (with your own exchange keys) is up to the buyer.TRANSFER- Source zip and git bundle (fresh repo) with SHA-256 checksums- Handover guide and due-diligence report- 30 minutes of email handover. Payment through Escrow.com- No accounts, keys, journals, domains or revenue history includedHONEST DISCLOSURES- Demo / paper trading only. This is not financial advice and makes no performance claims. GRAVIA reads public market data and cannot place orders; the executor is a simulation.- Live observation by the seller found that at retail fee tiers almost all cross-venue gaps were net-negative after fees. The simulator is a research/visualisation tool, not a money-maker.- Exchange data is used under each venue's public-API terms. Binance.com and Bybit are unavailable to US persons and may block US IPs.- The name 'GRAVIA' has not been trademark-cleared.- No users, customers or revenue.
