About

HearthOps AI — Home-Care Operations & Handoff IntelligenceHearthOps AI is a professionally developed application foundation for non-medical home-care operations. It brings agency scheduling, visit coordination, caregiver field workflows, care-circle communication, billing visibility, reporting, audit evidence, and bounded operations intelligence into one calm, role-aware workspace.Current status and dataThis is a polished, deployed, pre-revenue demonstration product. The included experience uses synthetic demonstration data only. No verified customers, users, subscribers, revenue, or production operating history are represented. HearthOps AI is not currently an EHR, a certified EVV solution, a payment product, or a compliance certification.Core features• Agency Operations Hub for daily exceptions, schedules, visits, care-recipient profiles, workforce, requests, messages, billing, reports, audit, and settings• Mobile-first Caregiver Field App for assigned visits, availability, credentials, messages, and a bounded IndexedDB offline queue• Consent-scoped Care Circle Portal with overview, safe timeline, care plan, requests, messages, and relationship controls• Optional proposal-first Operations Copilot with typed read/proposal/draft tools, validation, redaction, rate limits, and human approval boundaries• Deterministic eligibility and visit-state transitions; AI cannot directly apply operational changes• Multi-tenant security foundation using Supabase Auth, Postgres row-level security, explicit grants, composite tenant foreign keys, and private Storage• Native PWA service worker, accessibility checks, unit/integration/browser/RLS testing, runbooks, rollback guidance, and architecture documentation• Approximately 32 application pages and 5 server routes across the agency, field, care-circle, and copilot surfacesTechnology stackNext.js 16, React 19, Node.js 24, strict TypeScript 6, pnpm, Supabase Auth/Postgres/Storage, Vercel AI SDK 7, Zod 4, Vitest 4, Playwright 1.62, Axe accessibility tooling, native PWA service worker, IndexedDB, PostgreSQL RLS, and pgTAP tests.Target customersNon-medical home-care agencies, personal-support and caregiver staffing firms, care coordinators, multi-branch operators, and software businesses seeking a modern home-care operations foundation.Monetization opportunitiesPotential models include per-agency, per-location, per-seat, or per-active-care-recipient SaaS subscriptions; onboarding and data-migration services; white-label licensing; managed hosting and support; and premium reporting or copilot modules. These are opportunities only—no revenue has been verified.Current operating costsThe demo can run on Vercel and Supabase entry-level plans. Ongoing production costs will depend on traffic, storage, database usage, observability, messaging, backups, and any optional AI consumption. Exact current monthly spend has not been independently verified. Messaging, payment, and production AI services are not presently active. What the buyer receivesThe private GitHub source repository; original HearthOps AI brand, interface, logo, and synthetic demo assets; Supabase schema, migrations, RLS policies, grants, and tests; Next.js application source; PWA/offline foundations; automated test suites; architecture, security, deployment, rollback, and operating documentation; and 14 calendar days of reasonable remote handover support after transfer. Domain name, social accounts, email accounts, customer data, provider accounts, and credentials are excluded unless separately agreed in writing.Production work still required• Provision buyer-owned production Supabase resources and validate migrations, tenant isolation, grants, backups, audit retention, deletion, and disaster recovery• Complete managed invitation-only authentication, MFA, account lifecycle, recovery, membership/RBAC administration, session controls, and security review• Complete private file-storage authorization, signed access, upload limits, malware scanning, retention, and deletion workflows• Connect and validate a transactional email/SMS or messaging provider; add consent, templates, delivery-failure handling, unsubscribe rules, and safe-content boundaries• AI is optional and disabled by default. If enabled, configure an approved server-side provider or gateway, credentials, budgets, redaction, evaluations, human approval, monitoring, and a kill switch• Payments are not implemented. Add a provider such as Stripe only if subscriptions or invoice collection are required• EVV, payroll, accounting, telephony, calendar, EHR/health-system, and other third-party integrations are not production-connected and require vendor, security, and compliance review• Replace synthetic demonstration data with properly governed production data and complete privacy/legal, security, accessibility, observability, incident-response, and production QA work. Any health-information use requires buyer-led regulatory and legal validation for the applicable jurisdictionReason for sellingI am focusing time and capital on other products and would like a buyer to take this strong foundation through production integration and commercialization.Handover and supportRepository and documentation transfer, a remote architecture/deployment walkthrough, reasonable setup guidance, and 14 calendar days of post-transfer Q&A are included. Larger feature development, migrations, or third-party implementation can be scoped separately.
