Helmora is a pre-revenue B2B SaaS platform that unifies WhatsApp, email and web chat into one intelligent workspace. It combines AI/RAG-assisted replies, human handoff, ticketing, knowledge base, sales pipeline, analytics, RBAC, audit logs and secure webhooks. The sale includes the source code, Next.js web app, NestJS API, FastAPI AI service, Prisma data model, Docker setup, demo seed data and multilingual landing page. Local API health, demo authentication and JWT flows have been validated. The project has no customers or MRR; the buyer will need to deploy the backend, database and third-party API credentials for full production operation.
