HiWork is a live mobile recruitment marketplace built to make hiring in hospitality faster and more direct.The platform connects job seekers and employers through a simple matching experience, allowing candidates to discover opportunities and companies to find relevant workers without relying on traditional CV-based recruitment.HiWork is already live on iOS and Android and has gained early traction, with 900+ registered users, 170+ companies, 120+ interviews and 20+ hires.The initial focus is hospitality, a large and highly fragmented market where recruitment is still surprisingly offline. One of the founders operates a hotel and has first-hand experience of candidates still walking in and handing over CVs in person — highlighting a clear opportunity to modernize the process.The product is fully built and production-ready, with a Flutter mobile app, Go backend, Google Cloud infrastructure and Supabase database. The infrastructure has been designed to remain extremely lean, with virtually no baseline hosting costs at the current scale.The business is currently under-monetized, making HiWork particularly interesting for an acquirer who can leverage the existing product and user base while scaling employer acquisition, expanding beyond the initial market and introducing a stronger monetization strategy.The acquisition includes the source code, mobile applications, backend, infrastructure, brand and existing user base.
