InkRoute AI — Printing & Marketing Concierge is a clean-room, responsive portfolio demonstration. It turns an outcome-led request into a governed route through discovery, specifications, artwork intake, estimating, proof approval, production, delivery, billing references, marketing operations, and bounded staff assistance.

The product is implemented as a single Next.js 16 App Router application. All data shown in the UI is synthetic. No uploaded archive was merged or extracted into the runtime codebase; archive functionality was studied as evidence and reimplemented behind original interfaces.

Run locally

Requirements: Node.js 20.9 or newer and pnpm 11.19.0.

1. Copy .env.example to .env.local.
2. Run pnpm install --package-import-method=copy.
3. Run pnpm dev.
4. Open http://localhost:3000.

Product surfaces

The public experience includes the home page, five service routes, a six-step resilient request wizard, a compact no-JavaScript intake route, request tracking, FAQ, contact, privacy, accessibility, terms, and demonstration disclosures.

The protected staff workspace includes overview, quotes, customers, jobs, production board, proofs, artwork, products, materials, inventory, campaigns, contacts, segments, estimates, invoices, payments, analytics, knowledge, a bounded deterministic assistant, team, routing, and settings.
