About

Inner Clock is a calm, AI-powered health journal that tracks sleep, stress, digestion and habits, and connects the dots between them. No wearables required. What's built and working:- Wren, an AI companion that gives personalized daily check-ins based on the user's own data- Pattern engine that surfaces cross-category correlations after about two weeks of logging- Self-experiments: users test their own theories ("does alcohol affect my sleep?") and get a data-backed verdict- Balance Index: a transparent daily score based on a personal 14-day baseline, with a visible breakdown- Research-informed check-ins: stress check-in adapted from the Perceived Stress Scale, sleep and digestion logging modeled on the Consensus Sleep Diary and GSRS (adapted, not a clinical tool)- Weekly recap, task list, garden and focus timer, push-notification reminders, onboarding flow- Wren+ subscription tier ($5/month): usage limits and upgrade page are built, payment checkout is not yet connectedCurrent status: early stage and pre-revenue. 9 real signups so far, mostly from a small friends-and-family test, with 1 user actively logging. The product is complete and live, but retention is not yet proven. Best suited to a buyer who wants to take it from built to launched.Tech: React and TanStack Start, Tailwind, Supabase (Postgres, auth, row-level security), AI via the Lovable AI gateway, web push notifications.Included: full source code (private GitHub repository), brand assets (logo, favicon, icon set), README, MIT license and privacy policy.Live demo: inner-clock.lovable.app

how does the AI analyze the data without wearables? curious about the underlying architecture and data handling.

seems interesting but skeptical about the accuracy of AI tracking without any wearables. would need to see real results.

sounds cool, but how accurate can AI really be with something as personal as sleep and stress?
