iReporter is a fully built and live civic-tech SaaS platform designed to make reporting corruption, misconduct, infrastructure problems, environmental issues, and other community concerns simple, structured, and trackable.

Unlike a basic reporting website, iReporter provides a complete workflow from citizen submission → evidence collection → geolocation → AI-assisted analysis → administrative review → status updates → resolution tracking.

The platform is currently pre-revenue, but the technology and monetization infrastructure are already in place, making it an attractive acquisition for a founder, NGO, government/digital-governance organization, or development agency looking to avoid months of development.

The codebase contains approximately 18,000 lines of TypeScript/React/Convex code, accompanied by deployment and technical documentation.

Why I'm Selling

I'm moving my focus toward other projects and would rather transfer iReporter to someone who can commercialize and scale it than leave a completed platform sitting idle.

This is an opportunity to acquire a working civic-tech product with substantial functionality already built, and potentially save significant development time compared with starting from scratch.
