First iOS app, taught myself to code, shipped in ~3 months. Live with ~150 daily actives and 70% two-week retention — all organic, no ads, no launch push. It’s called WakeAI. The idea: every productivity app just gives you another thing to manage. I built the opposite — you talk to it, it acts for you (scheduling, leave-time alerts, reminders), proactively.
