Mantora - Home Maintenance Simplified

About

Mantora is a fully built digital home-management platform designed to give homeowners one organised place to understand, maintain and improve their property. At its core is a digital home blueprint. A guided setup process helps homeowners map their property's key details and systems, after which Mantora creates a structured home profile and maintenance schedule. The platform includes 120+ maintenance tasks across 14 home systems, with scheduling, reminders, alerts, completion history, costs, notes and responsibility tracking. Homeowners can also store warranties, receipts, permits, invoices and other important records in a secure Document Vault, with warranty-expiry alerts.Beyond routine maintenance, Mantora supports longer-term home improvement planning. Homeowners can plan improvements, turn recommendations into projects or tasks, and keep a record of work carried out on the property.A key differentiator is the Expert Session feature. Rather than building another contractor marketplace, Mantora allows homeowners to invite an existing trusted expert—such as a consultant, property professional or specialist—to review their home, contribute recommendations and help shape improvement plans. The homeowner remains in control of the relationship and the resulting work. The product is already built and functioning as a web/PWA application, with the core product experience, onboarding, maintenance system, document management, improvement planning and expert collaboration features in place. There is a differentiated opportunity to position Mantora for the European homeowner market, particularly around the growing importance of structured digital property information, maintenance records and the long-term management of residential property. For a buyer, Mantora offers the opportunity to acquire an existing product and take it to market rather than starting from scratch—with room to refine the product, localise it for specific European markets, develop partnerships, and build a focused go-to-market strategy around modern home ownership.
