Mastech is a complete AI customer support platform for online stores. The project is finished, working, and tested by me. It is pre-revenue: there are no customers, revenue, or churn data, and no future results are promised.HOW IT WORKS Store owners add one line of JavaScript to their website. The chat widget then answers customer questions using the store’s own products and policies, tracks orders through a webhook, and opens a support ticket when it can’t help.
