About

MemoSpark is a functional, pre-revenue study SaaS for high-school and university students, language learners, medical and anatomy students, and independent learners. It brings three active-recall methods into one responsive web app:• Flashcards with creation, editing, CSV import/export, study sessions and progress tracking.• Text recall with word-level comparison, similarity scores and progress history.• Image memorization with labels, masks, quiz mode and scoring. The product also includes folder and study-file organization, Supabase authentication and cloud-persistence architecture, a free/VIP plan structure, and Stripe Checkout, Billing Portal and webhook code.Current stateMemoSpark is sold as a working MVP and code asset, not as a profitable business. It was built in France by one founder and first deployed in August 2025. Seller-confirmed figures are €0 lifetime revenue, no profit generated, zero paying customers and one historical free registration. No traffic or retention figure is claimed.A clean, account-free public preview using fictional data is available and has been tested on desktop and mobile. It is isolated from Supabase, Stripe and the historical production database. The memospark.app custom domain is currently disconnected and will be transferred separately.Included in the proposed sale• Sanitized source code and buyer documentation.• MemoSpark brand, available logo files and memospark.app domain.• Fictional demo data and professional screenshots.• Transferable dedicated service projects where technically possible; no personal account credentials.• 14 calendar days of setup support, capped at 5 hours. The buyer should complete final credential rotation, authoritative Supabase schema export and Stripe test-mode validation before public relaunch.Reason for saleThe founder stopped operating MemoSpark to focus on other projects and would rather transfer it to someone who can relaunch and grow it.Realistic opportunities include completing a true spaced-repetition queue, adding subject-specific templates, improving onboarding and conversion, creating SEO content, and localizing beyond French and English.
