The app is a Gmail-style email platform that allows users to securely log in with their Gmail account and manage all of their emails directly within the app. It delivers lots of features users can do in Gmail, enhanced with advanced AI-powered productivity features designed to automate communication and save time.AI Features:1. AI Email Categorization: Users can create custom AI-powered categories by describing what a category represents. The AI then analyzes incoming emails and automatically places relevant emails into the appropriate category based on the user’s instructions. (This feature uses natural human language and not hard logic)2. AI Workflows & Automation: Once emails are categorized, users can create automated workflows that trigger actions whenever a new email enters a specific AI category. For example, emails can be automatically forwarded to team members, labeled, archived, or processed through custom actions.3. AI Auto-Responder: Users can configure automated AI responses for common inquiries. When incoming emails contain specific questions or topics, the AI can instantly generate and send replies on the user’s behalf — even when they are unavailable.4. AI FAQ Detection & Insights: The AI analyzes email conversations to identify the most frequently asked questions automatically. This helps users quickly build and optimize their auto-response system without manually searching through emails.5. AI Email Summarization: Instantly generate concise summaries of long emails with a single click, helping users quickly understand the key points without reading the entire message.6. The platform was developed by an agency team consisting of three developers and a CTO with over 10 years of PHP experience.During testing, Gmail synchronization worked reliably, with actions performed inside the app properly reflected inside connected Gmail accounts.In terms of functionality, the AI writing assistant, AI summarization features were performing well during testing (The workflow automation feature was tested by the development team and confirmed that it was functioning properly). The AI categorization, auto-responder, and FAQ search features were also functional, although I identified opportunities to further improve their accuracy before considering them fully ready for users.The team also integrated Paddle as the payment processor, enabling users to subscribe through a monthly and a yearly payment model.From a security and compliance standpoint, the application was designed with CASA Tier 2 requirements in mind.
