almost nobody who signs up for the atomchat widget is at zero users. it's basically always somewhere around 150-300 active accounts, and the trigger is the same thing every time: support email volume got annoying enough that they wanted it in-app instead. i thought people would add chat early for the community angle but it's mostly a support pressure valve first and community second. curious if other people building infra-ish stuff see a similar user count where demand suddenly shows up....
