About

A complete, operating multi-vendor marketplace. Web application plus iOS and Android apps, all three live and published in their app stores. Built from scratch over 12 months by one developer. Pre-revenue.The current vertical is Turkish geographical-indication certified foods. Nothing in the architecture is tied to that category — it is a general multi-vendor marketplace pointed at one niche.PAYMENTS AND COMMISSION SPLITTING — the core of this asset- 3D Secure payment integration running in production- Sub-merchant architecture: commission splits automatically on every order and each seller's share settles directly to their own account, with no manual reconciliation- Discount codes reduce only the platform's share; seller payouts are unaffected- Cart splits by consignment, so a multi-seller order becomes separate orders with separate trackingThis went through a payment institution's approval process for the marketplace model. It is not a sandbox demo. For a multi-vendor marketplace this is the longest and hardest layer to build.Disclosure: the integration is with a Turkish payment institution and is geographically bound. Outside Türkiye you would swap the provider. Everything above that layer was written provider-agnostic.MULTI-VENDOR OPERATIONS- Seller portal and admin portal- Multi-carrier shipping integration with automatic tracking number generation- Per-seller fulfilment- Bulk product upload via spreadsheet- Seller verification gate: sellers cannot list until their tax documentation is approvedINTEGRATIONS- Live B2B API connection to one seller's own ERP system, pushing stock and price daily with zero manual intervention. Built as a repeatable onboarding template.- Server-side affiliate attribution: click-ID bridging, security gates, TTL handling. Commission is created only when a sale completes.MOBILE — stated accuratelyOne React codebase serves all three surfaces. iOS is packaged with Capacitor and includes native Google and Apple Sign-In; Android is delivered as a Trusted Web Activity with verified Digital Asset Links. Both passed store review and both are live. These are not separately built native applications — the advantage is that one build updates web, iOS and Android together.STACK AND OWNERSHIPReact / TypeScript / Vite frontend, cloud backend with backups and CI. 100% custom source code — not built on Shopify, WooCommerce, OpenCart, CS-Cart or any other off-the-shelf platform. No licence fees, no vendor lock-in, full source transfers.CONTENT AND SUPPLIER ASSETS- 128 products live- 42 carrying official government geographical-indication registrations, each with its registration number linked to the public registry- 120 categories- Signed agreements with 4 producers, two of which are women's cooperatives- Product photography and brand assetsTHE HONEST PARTPre-revenue. No customer orders; the orders in the system are our own test and ad-verification transactions. The reason is not technical — it was built by one person with no outside capital and there was no budget left for customer acquisition. The first advertising campaign went live in August 2026.What is for sale is the infrastructure and the twelve months it takes to build it, not a customer base.Monthly running cost is roughly USD 460, covering cloud infrastructure, shipping and email services, developer accounts, accounting and advertising.WHAT IS INCLUDEDFull source code, domain, brand assets, product content and photography, both mobile applications, and documentation. This is an asset transfer; the operating company is not part of the sale. Two things that follow from that, stated plainly. The four producer contracts are held by the company and cannot simply be handed over — what I can provide is introductions and support in re-establishing them. The payment sub-merchant structure is tied to the company's merchant account, so a new owner registers their own; what transfers is the architecture and a working reference implementation.Domain, brand and live URL shared with serious enquiries. Screen recordings, a seller portal walkthrough and code access available under NDA.Transition support available for a defined period — I built all of it and can hand it over properly.

what's the stack and how are commission splits implemented at the processor level?
