About

My Finances is a completed Android personal finance application offered as a full technology asset for acquisition. It is substantially more than a basic expense tracker. The app combines everyday money management, forward planning, debt tracking, investments, reporting and privacy-focused local storage in one polished mobile product.Key features include:• Income and expense tracking• One-time and recurring transactions• Loans, obligations and installment schedules• Remaining debt and monthly payment tracking• Calendar and forward-looking Cash Flow• Financial Twin planning and scenario tools• Monthly budgets• Savings goals• Investment accounts and portfolio tracking• Reports, PDF generation and CSV export• Offline CSV transaction import• Documents and local reminders• Password-protected backup and restore• App Lock with PIN and optional biometrics• SQLCipher-enabled encrypted local database• Amount hiding and privacy controls• 8 interface languagesThe core finance experience is local-first. No proprietary backend or user account is required for ordinary use, which gives a buyer a strong foundation without needing to operate a financial-data backend from day one.The project is built with React Native, Expo and TypeScript and includes the Android project, database migrations, localization resources, build/release workflow, verification scripts and documentation. The acquisition can include the complete agreed source-code snapshot, Android project, documentation, localization, selected transferable branding and promotional materials, and controlled technical handover. The product is currently pre-revenue and is not being presented as an existing cash-flow business or established user base.It is suitable for a developer, agency, product studio or entrepreneur who wants to rebrand, publish, extend or commercialize a substantial personal-finance product without starting from scratch.Reason for sale:The owner chose to sell the completed project rather than invest additional time and capital into app-store publishing, customer acquisition and marketing.
