NexaPOS Cloud is a pre-launch, multi-tenant point-of-sale and retail management SaaS platform designed for businesses operating multiple companies and branches.The platform provides isolated company data, branch-level inventory, sales, purchases, product management, users, roles, permissions, refill tracking, devices, pods, coils, reporting, backup, restore and platform administration.It includes separate access levels for platform administrators, company owners, branch users and cashiers. Each company manages its own branches, products, inventory, users, sales and reports without accessing another company’s information.The refill module supports millilitre-based stock tracking and automatic quantity deduction. The system also includes branch inventory controls, operational reports, user administration and backup functionality.The project is currently pre-revenue and has no active paid subscribers. It is being sold as a complete software asset for a buyer who wants to deploy, customize, white-label, resell or commercially launch a POS SaaS platform.The sale includes the frontend and backend source code, database schema, migrations, branding assets, technical documentation, setup instructions, available deployment configuration and sample data.Up to 30 days of reasonable post-sale guidance will be provided for source-code handover, local setup and architecture explanation. New features, major customization, long-term maintenance and third-party service costs are not included unless separately agreed.No domain, customer database, payment-processing account, active subscribers or verified revenue is included in the sale.
