NEXO is a daily clinical diagnosis game for physicians and medical students. Every day a new fictional case is published with up to six progressive clues. You search for the ICD-10 diagnosis and get proximity feedback in five levels: exact code, same category, same group, same chapter, or different chapter. A near miss tells you how close your reasoning was, which a plain wrong answer never does.Three modes: the daily case, Continents with 103 cases organized by regional epidemiology, and Multimedia with 123 cases built on real clinical images and auscultation sounds across 18 modalities. In total 649 cases across 25 medical specialties, in six languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish, French, German and Russian.Streaks, achievements and a global leaderboard. Behind the cases is NEXO Core, a knowledge graph of more than 11,500 clinical concepts from 27 reference textbooks, with over 26,000 links between them. Every case is checked against that graph before approval.The daily case is free forever, with no ads. Available on iOS, with Android and web planned.
