Nexply is a functional pre-revenue HRTech platform designed for job seekers and recruiters.The product includes an Expo and React Native mobile application, a Next.js web platform, and a Supabase backend with authentication, storage, PostgreSQL, and Row Level Security.For job seekers, Nexply provides geolocated job search, AI-powered CV optimization, cover letter generation, interview preparation and simulation, salary coaching, rejection analysis, company insights, and application tracking through a Kanban board.For recruiters, the platform includes separate recruiter accounts, company profiles, job posting, candidate management, application statuses, notes, and decision tracking.Nexply supports French and English and includes approximately 27,000 lines of application code and 11 specialized AI and data functions.The project currently has 7 registered users and is pre-revenue, with no MRR. It is being offered as a functional software asset ready for commercialization.The acquisition may include the mobile and web source code, Supabase backend, database schema, AI prompts and functions, brand assets, document templates, domain name, technical documentation, and transition support.The final price and transaction terms will be discussed privately with serious buyers.
