About
NexusBoxing turns a boxing HIIT workout into a complete experience: prepare a session for your level and equipment, follow animated movement demonstrations, then review your time and progress.Originally built for private use by a couple, the app is now offered as a project acquisition for $4,000 USD. Its ink, ivory and champagne interface brings a distinctive visual identity to a focused, native Android training experience. No online account is required for the local workout flow.THE EXPERIENCE• Guided 12-station workouts, with a programme you can review, shuffle and adjust before starting.• Animated 3D movement demonstrations, optional French voice guidance, boxing sounds and music controls.• A personal 2D Avatar Studio with hairstyle, outfit and glove choices.• Workout history, personal goals, achievements and a session summary based on recorded time.• Separate warm-up and cooldown routines, plus local backup and restore.WHAT THE BUYER RECEIVESKotlin / Jetpack Compose application source, bundled runtime assets, selected Blender sources and scripts, a test APK, an unsigned release build, automated tests, build instructions, validation records and third-party license notices. The application and its documentation are already packaged for handoff.CURRENT STATUSWorking alpha22, pre-launch, $0 revenue and no paying customers or acquired audience. The current interface and coaching are in Canadian French. The owner reports a smooth experience on a Samsung Galaxy S26+. Local validation records show 337 passing JVM tests and 26 passing targeted Android scenarios.A FOUNDATION TO TAKE TO MARKETA fit for an Android developer, boxing coach or fitness creator who wants an existing product to develop and launch. Potential next steps include English localization, paid training content and a store launch. These are development opportunities, not existing revenue streams.HANDOFF SCOPEThe release is not yet published on Google Play and requires production signing. Third-party assets retain their own licenses, including the Rain 3D character under CC BY 4.0. The running 3D asset and selected sources are included; the complete editable production pipeline and an identical regeneration of the GLB are not guaranteed. Exclusive rights to all artwork are not represented; the source handoff documents identify remaining provenance items. No personal workout data, cloud accounts, signing keys, domain or store account is included. The gallery contains real alpha22 emulator screenshots; the session-summary screen is explicitly labelled as demonstration data. Watch the 1:56 vertical phone demo in the Videos section: real app footage covering avatar customization, workout setup, voice guidance, boxing, HIIT, side changes and recovery. The demo is edited for length, with original background music. Samsung Health receipt has not been verified.Interested buyers can contact me through SideProjectors for a walkthrough and review of the handoff scope.

3D guidance sounds interesting, but what's the tech stack behind the animations and how is the source code structured?
