NSHILA is a pre-launch bilingual consumer money app built with Expo/React Native and a Node.js/TypeScript backend. It combines smart shopping, savings, personal finance and a central AI assistant in one product.Shopping helps users compare verified prices based on exact purchase intent, with online, local-store, grocery and food workflows, plus saved products and price-drop alerts. Savings is designed around authorized bank connectivity through Plaid to help users review recurring charges and identify potential savings opportunities. Finances includes balances, recurring bills, goals, monthly spending planning and a $9.99/month subscription model. The AI assistant supports English and Spanish and can use verified financial context only when the user explicitly enables it.NSHILA includes account registration and authentication, USD/CAD preferences, customizable AI naming, light/dark mode, privacy and security controls, deployment documentation and a clean buyer-facing source package.The current source candidate has passed TypeScript checks, linting, backend production build, web export and 78/78 automated release tests. Android and iOS Expo prebuilds also pass. The buyer will need to use their own production accounts/credentials for OpenAI, Plaid, Stripe, email and shopping providers and complete final native-device, provider, legal and app-store acceptance before public launch.The sale is for the NSHILA technology/IP asset, source code, branding assets and technical documentation. No live production credentials or fabricated user/revenue data are included.
