I spent the last ~7 months building Olivera: a platform where customers lease an actual olive tree from a real farm and get the oil shipped to them. NFT-style origin certificates (Ed25519-signed, no blockchain needed to verify), 5 languages, 3 apps (customer, admin, farmer portal), ~86,500 lines of TypeScript. Honest state: it's deployed and fully working, but I never turned it on. Zero customers, zero revenue. Stripe is in test mode, PayPal is implemented but disabled (no live credentials)....
