Orvelis is a polished native Android shared-shopping-list product built for families, couples, roommates and small teams. The repository includes Android unit tests, screenshot-test sources, Firestore rules tests, Cloudflare Worker tests and deployment documentation.COMMERCIAL STATUSOrvelis is pre-revenue and has no verified recurring revenue or transferable production user database. A seller-controlled Google Play closed-test listing exists, but it is not automatically included. Any eligible app transfer must be separately agreed in writing and completed through Google's official app-transfer process.ACQUISITION SCOPEThe sale includes a sanitised Android Studio source project, seller-owned Orvelis brand and design assets, multilingual store materials, Firestore rules/indexes, Cloudflare Worker source, legal-page source, tests and setup documentation.Personal Google Play, Firebase, Cloudflare, AdMob or email accounts are not included. Passwords, keystores, signing/upload keys, service-account secrets, API credentials, personal domains and user/tester data will never be transferred. The buyer must configure their own service accounts and complete their own trademark, privacy, store and legal review before launch.
