About

Outlaw Shop Systems (OSS) is a functional, pre-revenue software platform designed for marine and powersports service businesses, independent repair shops, and mobile mechanics.

Developed from over 15 years of hands-on dealership experience, OSS brings service, parts, purchasing, and dealership workflows together in a single configurable application.

Three configurations, one codebase:

- SOLO: Mobile mechanics and independent service providers.

- SHOP: Repair shops managing service, parts, inventory, suppliers, purchasing, and counter sales.

- DEALER: Dealership operations, including unit sales, buyer's orders, and internal service workflows.

Technology: React, TypeScript, Supabase/PostgreSQL, with web/PWA and Android application support.

Acquisition opportunity: An outright sale of the software source code, seller-owned intellectual property, and available documentation. A buyer can continue development, adapt the platform to an existing product, or use selected workflows within its own software offering.

Business status: Pre-revenue, with no paying customers or established recurring revenue. The software is functional but is not represented as a fully commercialized, turnkey SaaS business.
