Last summer I made a small web-app to exchange favors with friends. Stuff like "hey thanks for helping me move my couch i owe ya a beer" or similar. This way I could make a little personalized thank you gesture alongside making it less awkward to "redeem" a favor. My friends also wanted to start using this with other people and not to just redeem favors from me so I expanded and made it a web-app that you can also use on your phone. I had fun making it.
