Parkeroo is a map-based marketplace that lets homeowners rent out their driveways as paid parking. Drivers arriving in a busy area open the map, see available driveways nearby, book one, and pay by card. Hosts list their driveway with photos, set a price, and get paid out automatically.The app is live on the iOS App Store (US and Canada) and on the web at parkeroo.app. It was approved by Apple in August 2026 and is owned by Parkeroo LLC, a New Jersey company. Early stage: the product is complete, with two paid bookings so far.Features:- Live map of available driveways with photos, price and ratings- Booking with a 20-minute hold while the driver travels, then a meter that starts on arrival- Card on file, charged automatically at the end- Listing verification: address matched to the pin, GPS on-site check, mandatory photos, verified host badges- In-app messaging between driver and host- Host earnings panel, driver booking history, star ratings- Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, host and driver legal acknowledgements, in-app account deletionBusiness model: 20% platform commission on every booking, with automatic host payouts through Stripe Connect.Tech stack: JavaScript and Leaflet front end, Node.js back end, PostgreSQL (Neon), hosted on Render, Stripe and Stripe Connect. The iOS app uses a Capacitor shell, so one codebase powers both the web and App Store app.Reason for selling: the app is complete and ready to grow, but marketing and advertising aren't my strength. It needs an owner who can focus on bringing in hosts and drivers.
